1.16 Automatic Renewals:
Subscription payments made through PayPal are subject to automatic renewals. It is the user's responsibility to manage and cancel these renewals. TeachingGadget is not liable for any automatic renewals administered through PayPal.

1.17 Automatic Renewal - Cooling Off Period:
TeachingGadget allows for a 14-day cooling off period from the date of subscription for PayPal renewals only. During this period, cancellations are accepted but may be subject to charges.

1.18 Auto Renewal - Refund Policy:
Cancellations made during the 14-day cooling off period may be subject to charges. Renewals after this period are considered non-refundable subscriptions.

1.19 Cancellation and Amendments to PayPal subscriptions:
Users have the freedom to amend or cancel their membership renewal at any time through their own PayPal account. If you have subscribed using a different method TeachingGadget will contact members, via email, 4 weeks before renewal dates. If there is no response we will assume that you wish to discontinue your subscription and no invoice or charge will be issued. Your details and data will then remain on our server for 14 days before being permanently deleted.

By accessing this website within your current membership cycle, we assume you agree to these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use and access TeachingGadget if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these
terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
